People don't realize just how closely the voice and the emotions are linked. That's really what tone is, I call it the undervoice, it's the part we hear that doesn't always match the words. The emotions are not always spoken in the words but they are always reflected in the tone. It's essential to take a look at that undertone, it can effect your business, your relationships and your life in more ways than you realize. When we spek in tone, we create a barrier that the audience feels. But, by taking a looking at the emotions, the psychology of the voice, we can adjust it, for the better and speak more freely.
